and implement projects completely, but we're also used to working
in collaboration with other agencies or 'filling a gap' in an internal
team. We've been involved throughout projects and been called in
for very specific tasks at particular stages. Flexible - We work the way that suits the way you work. We don't have the hidebound procedures of many traditional agencies. We're independent consultants so you deal directly with senior people without having to run the account management gauntlet… Team communication - If you're new to design management, we can do that for you. Or, if you already have highly experienced people, even better - we're happy to work with your project managers. We're also used to acting as translators and mediators where communication within a project team is a problem. Maybe your marketing and IT or operations people are talking different languages? We can advise you on setting up an internal team and make sure they can take over after the project ends. Or you may prefer us to manage your site or other systems in the longer term. Perspective

and detailed thinking. Our role is championing the user or customer
to make sure you're meeting their needs. This is vital at the start
of a project to clarify your aims and helps to keep focus throughout.
It can also be exactly what you need if a project has gone off course… Process - We explain everything as we go, we produce proposals, requirements and plans at every stage. You'll always know what progress has been made and what's being delivered (i.e. what you're paying for). Results quickly
